Tell us about the building.

Ring, email or use the form below. Say what the building is, where it is and which part of running it is causing the trouble, and we will come back the same working day.

Book a walk round

The form is the quickest way in.

Say what the building is, where it is and what is going wrong. Plans, photographs and existing certificates are welcome by email afterwards; they shorten the first conversation.

What happens next

Three steps from an enquiry to a proposal.

  1. 01

A reply the same working day

Enquiries are read by a person, not a queue. You get a reply the same working day with any questions we need answered before we can be useful.

  2. 02

    A walk round

For anything beyond a single job, the next step is a visit. We record what is in the building, its condition and what the law requires of it. The person who does the walk round is the one who then runs the work.

  3. 03

    A written proposal

A scope, a schedule and a price, itemised so it can be phased across the year or across financial years. You see what each part costs and decide what happens first.

Already on contract with us?

Use the same number. The reactive line is answered around the clock, and a job raised at two in the morning is logged, assigned and time-stamped the same way as a boiler service booked a month ahead. If it is urgent, ring rather than email, so it is picked up straight away.

For anything that is not urgent, the monthly position we send you lists what is due, what is booked and what is open, and the person named on it is the one to reply to.
