Privacy notice
This site collects your details in one place only, the enquiry form, and uses them for one thing only, replying to you. Here is the detail, in plain English.
Who we are
The data controller is Guardian Management Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16252723, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Questions about this notice go to[email protected].
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your message, and an optional postcode for the building. The form also records which page you sent it from, so we know what you were reading.
We do not run analytics that identify you, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a walk round if you want one, and, if you become a client, to run the contract. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, once a contract exists, performance of that contract.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms delivers the form submission to our mailbox. It handles the message in transit.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our mailboxes, where your enquiry is read and answered.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and serves its pages. It does not set analytics cookies for us.
Each of these processes data on our instructions under its own terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while they are relevant to the enquiry or to a contract that follows from it. If nothing comes of an enquiry we delete it in the normal course of managing the mailbox. If you would like it deleted sooner, ask and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, and object to our using it. To do any of these, email[email protected]. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, this page changes with it. This notice was last updated on 25 September 2026.
